Downtown Doral’s annual Masters of Mixology competition has once again shaken up the local restaurant scene, and after six exciting weeks of sipping and voting, the results are in!

Hablame Claro by Sports Grill

For the second year in a row, Sports Grill has proven its mastery of the craft, claiming the coveted title of Masters of Mixology 2024. This time, their cocktail creation, Hablame Claro, featuring a unique blend of 818 Reposado, lychee puree, Beebetter honey, Firewater bitters, and a fresh burst of guava and lime, won over the tastebuds of Doral residents and visitors alike. The cocktail is clarified and takes 24 hours to prepare, showcasing Sports Grill’s dedication to perfection.

Following closely in second place was Bombay Darbar with their exotic and flavorful Kamasutra, adding to the heat of the competition.

Throughout the competition, nine restaurants competed fiercely, offering their signature cocktails for patrons to taste and judge. Each drink was meticulously crafted to showcase the creativity and expertise of Downtown Doral’s top bartenders, and once again, the competition drew thousands of votes.

This year’s competition saw record participation, with over 6,000 votes cast in total. The creativity and passion from each restaurant have set a high bar for next year, where new contenders will undoubtedly step up to shake things up in Downtown Doral’s growing food scene.
